IndusVellaShipping & Returns
IndusVella coordinates producer-sourced products from Pakistan and manages the buyer experience from Krakow. Shipping times and handling details are shown per product because shoes, bags, sports goods, and salt items have different packaging needs.
Cancellation requests are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, or before production, packing, or dispatch starts, whichever comes first. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but eligible items may still be returned under this policy.
Footwear is normally made to order in 8-10 working days. Other categories will show their own preparation time on the product page.
We work to keep prices fair while choosing producers and shipping methods that protect product quality. Delivery costs and timing are shown clearly before an order is confirmed.
Estimated transit time is 7-14 working days after dispatch.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived incorrect, damaged, or not as described.
Buyers in the EU, EEA, and UK may have the right to withdraw from an eligible order within 14 days after delivery. Custom, personalised, made-to-measure, or specially requested items may be excluded where allowed by law and clearly stated before order.
Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if an item is returned used, worn, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Some countries may add VAT, duty, or customs fees when the parcel arrives. If a fee applies, the local courier or customs office will collect it from the buyer.
To withdraw from an eligible order, contact us through Etsy Messages or email hello@indusvella.com with your order number, item name, delivery date, buyer name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
