IndusVella is a Krakow-based brand that sources selected products from producers in Pakistan and coordinates the buyer experience for European and international customers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is used.
When you contact us or place an order through a marketplace such as Etsy, we receive the details needed to fulfil that order: your name, Etsy username, email address, delivery address, order details, payment status, and messages you send through the marketplace. We do not collect full payment card details directly; payments are processed by Etsy, the marketplace, or the payment provider you buy through.
Your information is used only to prepare and ship your order, provide customer support, handle cancellations, returns, or exchanges, resolve delivery issues, keep business records, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and customs requirements.
IndusVella integrates with marketplaces including Etsy to manage listings and orders. When we connect to a marketplace API, we access only the shop and order data needed to create and manage our own listings and fulfil our own orders. We do not access, store, or share other sellers' or buyers' data. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties needed to deliver your order: Etsy, postal services, couriers, delivery providers, producer or fulfilment partners, accounting or legal providers, and authorities where legally required.
Some products may be produced, packed, or shipped from Pakistan. If your order is fulfilled directly from Pakistan, necessary delivery information may be shared with the producer or shipping provider outside the European Economic Area. We share only the information needed to fulfil the order.
We do not use Etsy buyer information for newsletters or marketing emails unless you have clearly given separate permission. Etsy Messages are used for order communication, customer support, and buyer-requested information.
We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle any returns, and meet accounting and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. EU, UK, and other eligible buyers may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority.
